Rules & Regulation

  • The Marines Obstacle Run event is held on sunday, August 4, 2019 at Sea Forest Nuvasa Bay, Nongsa, Batam
  • Participants register through the website www.marinesobstaclerun.com from march 10th, 2019 to July 7th, 2019
  • Fill in all data needed correctly and carry out the provisions listed on the website.
  • Confirmation of registration will be given after completing registration and payment via participant's email.
  • The committee has the right to close the registration before the deadline without prior notice when the race quota is full
  • Keep in mind, this sport has the risk of accidents during matches. So we need to be careful and pay attention to your own health
  • Participants are the general public, with a minimum age of 17 years old
  • Event Marines Obstacle Run is carried out with a distance of 7K, and a water station is provided in the middle of the route.
  • In the Marines Obstacle Run event, 11 Obstacle points will be prepared which will guided by Marshal Team, each participant must follow the rules of the game at each obstacle point
  • Highway security under control of the Police, Department of Transportation & Authority service. Health services will be provided by the organizing committee in collaboration with local hospital and Marshal along the race track. Health workers can stop participants from continuing the race due to health reasons
  • Participants who commit fraud such as disturbing/ blocking/ obstructing other participants will be automatically disqualified from the race. In addition, participants who seek time benefit by running shorthen the distance of the race, riding in a vihacles and cheating or other violations
  • To earn a finisher’s medal, participants must complete 11 tracks in 2-hours
  • Marines Obstacle Run is an open race obstacle (National & International participants)
  • There are 2 (two) categories of race, first is personal race and group
  • for the race group category, one group is filled by 4 (four) people of the same gender
  • winners will be awarded to the first 5 (five) finisher, category of male personal race, female personal race, men's race group and women's race group
  • Racepack collection is held on August 2nd and 3rd, 2019 at Sea Forest Nuvasa Bay, Nongsa, Batam. Racepack collection includes jersey, BIB number and goodiebag
  • At the time of the Racepack collection participants must bring payment proof and an identity card to validate participant data
  • BIB numbers/ chest numbers cannot be exchanged with other participants, because each number has been integrated with participant data.
  • If the activity / event has to be canceled because things are beyond the control of the organizer (force majeure) including disasters, heavy rains, storms, demonstrations, there is no refund and the organizer is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience.
  • Other matters that have not been listed in this rule will be determined later.
